As landlords they (Brian) will test your patience... They lie about their church and put me in an awkward situation. Communication was inconsistent and yet still very gossipy. You need to force feed them Ohio law just for smoke detectors. Very demanding to always be trapped in a lease while they blow smoke tell you its just a formality... After Brian almost crashed into me drunk i did some digging and found others have had similar experiences so I moved.
