Team Adaptive in Mobile is amazing. Ashley was super helpful and informational. Even the front desk girl (I wish I could remember her name), was super helpful and actually the one that told me about the vehicle we bought. I can't thank them enough for getting us a vehicle with a conversion kit within our budget and letting us trade in our vehicle we had. Easiest place to buy a vehicle from especially a conversion van. Thanks yall so much!
Team Adaptive has outstanding customer service. I've been using Team Adaptive's services through the VA now for a long time. They've bent over backward to ensure I get what I need and are quick to service my wheelchair and vehicle adaptations. Thanks y'all!
Great service. Everything was done when they said it would be.
Had the hardest time getting warranty work done on a Van my parents bought years ago. Now we have a motorized wheel chair that they have always blamed us for the problems. The chair is only 3 years old. This is the Biloxi store
