We are a recreation center focused on giving quality individual attention to individuals from 3 yrs old up to 83 years old. Our programs include: Archery, Kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu, Shotokan and Olympic Karate styles, Samurai Arts (Sword, Bow), plus Chess and Bridge Clubs! We feature limits on class size to insure quality instruction and update our Curriculums semi annually to keep up with changing trends in athletic training. We also hosts community events such as CPR training and more.

Steve has helped me restore core strength, balance, and range of motion. He worked with me to identify goals and has paid attention to my knee repair limitations and other joint problems in selecting exercises to develop strength. My posture is improved as well as my energy levels and overall fitness.
