We are a recreation center focused on giving quality individual attention to individuals from 3 yrs old up to 83 years old. Our programs include: Archery, Kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu, Shotokan and Olympic Karate styles, Samurai Arts (Sword, Bow), plus Chess and Bridge Clubs! We feature limits on class size to insure quality instruction and update our Curriculums semi annually to keep up with changing trends in athletic training. We also hosts community events such as CPR training and more.

Steve and the crew are great at what they do. I workout while the kids do their thing. Steve is fantastic with the kids and youth, as well as adults.
