RecommendedKathrine worked so hard to help my family get moved in! Very nice quite place to live! Staff is very caring in keeping the place clean! Very dog friendly Community! Lawn care is kept up very nice as well!!
Catherine is new management & she’s very hateful! I miss Taylor & Denise! Things were ran so smoothly with them! Catherine has no idea what she’s doing!

Tealwood apartments are clean and well maintained. Deneice and Taylor in the office are wonderful and know their occupants and really care for their needs.
I don't recommend this place at all. I got blamed for all the dog feces around my building. First of all I pick my dog feces up in the green bags provided and throw them away. Also I explained that my rent was going to be a couple of days late. I can't help if my paycheck doesn't fall when rent is due. So to anyone who wants to rent here, I really recommend you don't.
I've only been here for about 1 1/2 months & so far it been a positive experience for me. The office/maintenance staff are very friendly & helpful.
