I was told that our safety isn't the responsibility of the management after my home was broken into. This was in daylight hours with the entry gate unlocked. I was also informed the courtesy officer is not for our protection, but rather the protection of buildings. They advertise a secure location, but its anything that. Maintenance takes their time fixing things.
Maintenance is the worst. We have went WEEKS without appliances, air conditioning, and the hot water heater being fixed. We were not given a credit for money we spent having to get a hotel room and using a laundromat. We currently have had no heat since Wednesday and now it is snowing with the temp currently dropping. I have a 3 year old, 8 month old, and one dog. So it’s looking like we will have to spend money on a hotel room yet AGAIN for the 3rd or 4th time this year.
