Thalia is so friendly and so professional
One thing I can say is that Thalia Is going to meet all of your needs and handle everything with ease it was a wonderful experience dealing with her.
The maintenance technician Phil is the best. He is very professional, quick to respond, and very knowledgeable. He seems to care very much about helping the residents with their maintenance requests and goes the extra mile to make sure that they are completed and working correctly. He is a great addition to the Teak.
UPDATED: YOUR PACKAGES AREN’T SAFE HERE! THE STAFF IS NO HELP WHEN IT COMES TO ASSISTING THE RESIDENTS WITH ISSUES. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW UP WELL. THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG HERE. ITS BECOMING VERY FRUSTRATING. VERY! THE ADA APARTMENTS AREN’T 100% ADA EITHER. IVE BEEN NICE, RESPECTFUL AND CALM BUT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Maintenance is very attentive and I appreciate that. MARC, LUPE, PHIL GREAT JOB KEEPING THIS PLACE TOGETHER TO THE BEST OF YOU ABILITY. YOU’RE APPRECIATED!
