Showed up early for the inspection, found the leak and repaired it quickly. They were great at communicating what the problem was and how they fixed it. Incredible customer service. Would recommend to anyone.
This company sucks ever since it was sold off. Ive had to call them 6 times to try to get quotes. They dont show up when they say they will. They didnt help me at all when the adjuster was here. I got screwed by the insurance company because they dont provide any feedback to adjusters. Id recommend staying far, far away from them. Dont trust them.
I just want to take a moment to tell you how impressed I was by sal from teague roofing Plus today. After the hail storm people are going door to door trying to get you to replace your roof because it benefits them to do so. You hear lots of stories about companies telling you your roof needs replaced when it really doesn't. Sal came by today and did a free inspection and gave me the great news that we don't need a new roof and that our roof is in fine shape. We were under contract to sell our mom's house when the hail storm hit. Joel Adams at Teague Roofing was absolutely the best to work with. By the time the insurance claim had been approved we only had 8 days to complete the work before closing. Joel made it happen! Highly recommend!
Joel is great! We have used him 2 different times for our roof. He comes quick, if it’s easy it’s cheap.. He always responds fast!! He is honest and reasonable…. My wife called him after a bad storm and he worked us in w zero complaints. My father-in-law also used him and loved him!
