Several factors but they did make it right after I went back. First- no calls or text to tell me car was ready after 7 hours. They said they did maybe text but no text or call shown. No biggie - get in car - still showed 12% oil life & still low tires on certain side so obviously tires not rotated . I callled & drove back. They said the guys forgot to reset tires and oil . I’m not a local & therefore not a “customer” so maybe thats the gig but a service manager relaying answers to the desk attendant from around the corner sitting at his desk doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. I could go on & on but unless you’re broke down…actually no just have it towed to Hall in Canton or Brinson in Kaufman because Teague doesn’t need the business. Clearly.
This is the third vehicle I have bought from Teague Chevrolet. I was very happy with my third new car purchase. Brandon my sales person has been very helpful in me getting my purchase of my new Traverse LT. He has worked very hard getting me where I needed to be on price and payments. He is one great employee Teague Chevrolet should be very grateful that he works for them. Thumbs UP TO BRANDON.
