I regret having bought a new 2018 Silverado from Teague Chevrolet. Just a short time after the purchase, I could smell something burning like heavy grease towards the rear end of the truck. Their tech looked at it and they could not find anything. The truck was under warranty. I really didn’t think much about it at that time. Gracie took really good care of me and my truck. No sooner had I given her the keys, she was moving it into the shop to have the oil changed. It seemed like no time that she texted me and said my truck was ready. I really appreciate the great customer service!
The staff at Teague Chevrolet was easy to work with. I recommend if you are looking for a vehicle, it is worth giving them a call!
Trash. Got a new AT4 looked at and wanted an oil change. Instead I got my motor filled with the wrong oil, and charged twice for it. Go to Athens or Kaufman. Mabank is a joke!
