The service people were friendly and professional. I had hit a deer and warning lights came on dash. Took it over to ask if I could drive it to Little Rock. Service guy checked it out and said yes took it back later to get repaired. Had to order parts but got it repaired fast
I’m not one for reviews like this but it has to be done. As best as I can summarize, I bought a 2020 Silverado at the beginning of April of this year, 2026. When I bought the truck it needed a new fender cap and headlight as it was a preowned vehicle. It is now almost October and I still have not yet got said stuff replaced. After it being dropped off to be looked at several times for evaluation the piece that holds my fender cap in never got ordered to be replaced. Service Department guys and gals behind the desk are wonderful, polite and very efficient. The technician working/not working on my vehicle gave me pause. I didn’t have a lot of confidence in him.
