Service was great adviser at the service desk was nice and very helpful
I was treated very good by all staff except the service department if I had it to do again I would go to yokem in Shreveport
Made an appointment a week in advance. Got there 30 mins early. Waited an hour and a half after my appointment time to ask when my vehicle would be taken back. Conveniently, my was next and it took 10 mins for the simple tire rotation. What is the point of an appointment if walk ins can just come in and get put before you. I understand being a little behind but that was ridiculous.
