Worse bank ever. It's like Walmart...only 1 teller. Don't go to riverhead..Go to wading river branch. It's so much better. Tried to give Riverhead a chance again. It's horrible. Need to hire more ppl.
They have this stupid smart checking account that you have to qualify for you need to have 5,000 or 20,000 in the account get rid of this not every one is going qualify for this not every one has that much money to put in
Do not use this credit union if you are a small business due to the high minimum of 5,000$. If you do not have 5k in the account there is a monthly fee of 10$. after 25 years of using this bank my wife is leaving as her small business does not maintain that much in the checking account. They made this change without significant notification and have been taking out money. In this economy, TFCU made a bad decision. They should be more up front with fees, grandfather in existing members and make this right. peace out TFCU!
