As many others have stated the movement in this place is SUPER SLOW. I have to come here to get change a lot since the chase across the street is closed.. everyone that works in this location is friendly and helpful but I just don't understand why everyone is slow with literally everything. It takes 2 minutes to get change anywhere else but it's 10 minutes or more coming here and I also come during my own work hours and it's super inconvenient to have to wait so long for something so simple. I was in the bank yesterday to get a new debit card. It took me 45 minutes to speak with a person while I was waiting. I saw five people come in get on the line. Wait for a while and then leave without being serviced. The customer service level in that building is a -10 although I work just a few miles away, I will never go to that branch again I’m looking at the reviews and everybody saying the same thing how come change hasn’t been enacted same thing has been active.
$10 inactivty fee, see ya
