I ck my account early this morning to find thousands of dollars missing from my account. Called customer service to find out that money was taken out of my account because teller didn’t ck proper ID from customer taking out same amount as I was missing. Assistant Manager said they couldn’t go into details but it was a mistake. I also have a password that was overlooked when they took money from my account. I couldn’t be more disappointed with security of TFCU and took most of day to rectify after many calls.
The young lady in the front was rude. She didn’t even want to help me. She was biased because of my skin color. Racist much? Not coming back to this location!
I recently had to do a rather lengthy and complex bank transaction and Elizabeth was professional, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend her and look forward to working with her again in the future.
