The services here are horrible. They lie about their services and over charge you with everything. They have hidden fees and are very rude. I wouldnt recommend this bank to my worst enemy!!
Today I went to the One North Capital branch of Teachers Credit Union in Indianapolis, IN. While there, I learned that due to an automatic withdrawal that I had cancelled but had still gone through, I had incurred two non-sufficient funds fees. I proceeded to ask for more information from the Customer Service Representative who was helping me, Ms. Hillary Hiatt.
