Absolutely horrible policies and customer service. I disputed an unauthorized charge on my credit card. Despite being a long term member my request was quickly denied. The company in question offered me half of my money back instead of removing the charge. Their customer service suggested I should accept the offer, forfeiting half of my money, for a charge I didn't authorize, rather than disputing the initial charge.
