great atmosphere with great people Tea-Time is a very mellow lively little tea shop in the middle of a busy downtown area. The service is excellent with friendly and homely smiles everywhere. The tea selection is in abundance of quality including my favorite crumpets. It is a simple place with a lot of good people.
