In 1965 Lloyd and Rickie Ihnen discovered a new process called IHNEN Aging, for 14 days 6 hours and 37 minutes full loins are hung in our 34 degree cooler. I dont know who the cook is nor do i care. There is this stuff called seasoning and spices they make flavor. After the FLAVOR part we move on to cooking it. Now I don't know how you guys did it. I can only assume that it was boiled in water. My steak came to me and it was gray in color. No sear no seasoning just gray and bland. I spent 50$ on my family's meal and that is the last bit of money you will get from me.

Hello, thank you for commenting... we do not season our steak and advertise them as such... we do however age the beef so that the natural flavors come out... we cook on a flat grill to lock in the juices and depending on how you asked for it to be cooked it may be lighter in color
