The teas are ok here, make sure you order 1/4 sugar. The service was friendly though. Parking lot is quite small, but you can park on street. Read signs.
You may have seen this place in the newspaper and on TV. The place that started the boba craze. A great place to have a variety of hot tea and cold with/out boba. Different in atmosphere from other boba/tea places. Worth a trip if you're in the area.
