Slowed service I’ve ever encountered, and the worst customer service. The lady made me feel like she was doing me a huge favor by allowing me to order a drink from her, rushed me, told me to come back later when I made my mind up about my order. Don’t give this woman your business.
I absolutely love this place! They have a wide variety of flavors but I always get the taro. It's delicious and this place is efficient. I've been a customer since last year or maybe before that but with COVID, they made spectacular adjustments where customers order through a modified window. They care about safety and they care about quality. I will keep going here.
⭐️ Getting frustrated with their opening hours! 3rd time to come to their place and they close an hour earlier! Lying to customers it’s no way to run a business ! We customers go the extra mile to get out on time from work to taste your delicious taro to just see you from across the window 😩! Please keep your hours as advertised or fix the the sign !
Best boba in town. Love the lavender tea milk with boba, taro, and coconut also. Nice atmosphere. Just yummy and relaxing. The owner is always nice and I love the way she asks, “is whip cream okay?” Whip cream is always okay in my book. :) My husband and I love it here.
Lady Owner was rude which kinda makes it hard to complain about the rudeness 😝
I told this lady it was my bf's first time there and asked what the Taro tasted like. She was very indifferent about it and told me, "mam, we don'y give out samples". I never asked for one. We were excited about the visit and after that my bf just stayed quiet the entire time we were there. She was in shock by the lady's attitude.
The owners are not very talkative but they have awesome boba teas. I love the cookies and cream boba tea here. The taro flavor is very nice too, and not too sweet.
By actually staying open till the time you guys say you’re open , phonies. (:
