If I could give less than one star I would. I should have left when they tried to charge me $13 for a $10 order. Instead I waited for my to go order. When I got home the rice was cold, and the egg rolls were ice cold. I have been before and the service was better, but this will be my last time.
I'd like to commend this restaurant. I ordered a few weeks ago after getting their mailer in my mail box. I decided to try. I'm very particular where I order Chinese. Before this was King Chef on N Main and Beltline, but they don't deliver. First order Sesame Chicken was fantastic. Egg Drop soup, awesome. So last night I ordered, they brought wrong order. Never order the fisherman's special. Just threw up within an hour and feel awful. I should have known better than to order seafood from a place like this anyways.
My family and I ordered a delivery order from here for the first time tonight. We called at 10:30 and it took an hour to get to our hotel when we were quoted at 45 minutes. We ordered crab Rangoon and didn't receive it, and the bourbon chicken was hard as a rock, as well as the rice. After a long day of traveling and receiving this (after spending 54 dollars with the tip included) we are very unhappy... And hungry. I pick up my for to go, so, I don't have any complaints. This shit is bangin.
My wife and I ordered food for delivery on 12/14/15 not only was the order wrong, they tried to charge me to have it delivered again, and on top of that only wanted to replace have the order. If you are hungry for Chinese find somewhere else this place sucks, save your money
AWFUL SERVICE Took my order, Didnt deliver! Call back, they never "Processed my order" Even though i placed and order and got a total from the employee. Call 2 hours later to see where the hell my food is at and they don't even apologize, they just say there is nothing we can do. Thanks for wasting my time! Dont let them waste yours!
Wow they do not even deserve ONE star. Worst service ever. Waiting an hour and a half for food... pitiful. Should of went to McDonald's.
