History Established in 2003. Sorry to say but for the second time in two years we are closed due to a flood. Please note that we are at this time planning to re-open in historic Ellicott city. Check back for updates.

This is my favorite place to be. :) the staff and management are wonderful and knowledgeable of all the different kinds of teas.
This was a lovely and very professional place. It has a historic feel that is very unique! I came to Maryland for our first family reunion and this was the first place we met. ���
RecommendedOnce I would have recommended Tea on the Tiber. They had delicious food, great service, and all of it in a wonderful setting. It is closed permanently so ther is no place for any of us to experience tea on the Tiber again.
This place was great I love historic elicott city it’s so unfortunate it’s such a bad flooding area. I hope they can figure out a solution. I just love going out for tea and this place would change the menu ever month which was cool. Good memories and hope one day in the future maybe to visit it again.
