Great experience at the Mueschke Road location. The tea was excellent, but what stood out most was the customer service. There was only one employee working during a pretty busy evening, and she handled everything with professionalism, kindness and efficiency. Despite the rush, she stayed welcoming and attentive and never made customers feel like an inconvenience. Service like this deserves recognition. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
