I worked with Dr Acuff at DRMC of all doctors he was the only I trusted to diagnose n do heat surgery on me!

My Doctor saw a spot on my lung and sent me to Dr. Acuff. Couldn’t do a biopsy to see if it was cancer. Had me do some tests. Then we decided to go ahead and do surgery to remove the small mass. While on the operating table they were able to test it for cancer. It was Lung Cancer and just started to spread to some lymph nodes. He was able to cut out all the Cancer. Dr. Acuff and his staff were very nice and told us all we needed to know about the surgery, and laid our fears to rest. The surgery went very well and I am now getting back to the things I used to do. Thank you Dr. Acuff
Dr.T operated on me in 2003. The procedure was called heart remodeling. At the time my prognosis was 12 months or less. With remodeling my chances were slim but better than nothing. I have lived for over 16 years as a result of his help. He asked me to be his poster boy. So I followed all his orders and am glad everyday he agreed to help me. He is a marvelous surgeon but will tell you that life is up to you. If you accept the challenge this is your man.
I would certainly recommend Dr. Acuff to anyone who has a cardiac issue. Great doctor and I was treated royally. He is quite thorough and I am thankful that he was there to "save my life." He also has a wonderful staff. Thanks so much and I sincerely and deeply appreciate his professionalism.
We went thru yhe ER not knowing what was wrong, but knowing My Husband needed a Dr. After a Heart Cath., it was determined there was several blockages. Dr. Acuff, and Assistant both came into His Room and explained who and what they were, and the procedure that was necessary. Dr. Acuff was very professional before and after surgery, and My Husband, at post-op visit shook Hisd Hand and said, " THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY LIFE."
Dr. Acuff and Kristi are very professional and put patients and family members at ease.
