It is with much disappointment that I write this review. I was referred to Dr. Chang by an ER doctor, who reviewed my X-ray and agreed to take me on as a patient for surgery. Her office was unable to coordinate scheduling an appointment, later told me that she does not accept my insurance (Cigna, PPO). Her office later called back and told me that their biller had noted that they would actually take my insurance.
