I joined TDT in mid January 2023. I am a 52 year old male who honestly is not in the best shape. Professor Carlos is outstanding and an excellent teacher. The environment is very welcoming. The classes are full of different ages men, women, young and as old as me and everyone is extremely kind!! Techniques are taught by the professor and he will walk you through each movement.
