Terrible company. They do not answer their phones or emails.
Worst "Management" Company ever. Calling, e-mailing them for weeks with no response. Straight to voicemail, no responses to e-mail. No one in there office. Absolutely mind blowing how poorly organized and functioned a company can be. 1 star is a big compliment for how bad they really are.
I have been leaving messages for two weeks and I have not received a call back. I visited the address listed and was told that they were no longer there. Poor customer service
This place is horrible, terrible customer service,property ana and they just changed their website to make payments and don't tell you. I never had these problems with the prior property management company's, I truly missed them barcelo property management and exclusive property management please come back to shakervillage. This property manager omar diaz is the worst, he never wants to contact the tenants and he expect you to contact the tenant problems, I hope he gets fired.
We need a condo questionnaire completed. Is there someone at your office that can take payment and complete this for us. We have tried calling and emailing over the past 2 weeks with no response. Sorry to have to go this route but we need this info and cannot get a response. Thanks!
