TD’s Legal Process is THE place to go for Service of Process. They were able to serve a party who was being particularly elusive, and went above and beyond the typical industry standards to get the job done. All the office staff are so kind and knowledgeable, their field person is dedicated to their mission, and the company is a breeze to work with. I'm in Colorado and needed service of a subpoena in the Salt Lake area. I reached out to TD's and received a response within hours, and the subpoena was promptly served, with the return of service also sent back promptly and correctly completed. Price was reasonable. If you need process service I would strongly recommend them, and if I need to have process out there again I will return to TD's.

Hilarie helped me fill out some of my papers before handing them over for service. Everyone was very helpful keeping me updated throughout the entire process. They also attempted service 4 times before they got ahold of the defendant. I’ve heard other places start charging fees after the 4th attempt but not at TD’s Legal Process.
