I signed a contract with TDS Custom Construction for a whole house remodel of our family’s 950 sq. ft. cottage on Lake Waubesa. After approximately six months, and thousands of dollars spent working through the design phase, TDS canceled the contract. I have had two technicians here to.help.set up our service. They were great. Mark was polite and knowledgeable about what we needed. The other tech was also knowledgeable and kind. We are both older and they were great at explaining. I have never had a problem with any TDS customer service.

Tds is the WORST, most dishonest, greediest, most unreliable, and has the most unknowledgeable reps of any company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have spoken to someone in billing, they have lied! I record every single call with them,.for future legal purposes, and.YOU SHOULD TOO, if you are also stuck with them. They have heartless employees, and NOTHING they say can be trusted, because they have lied EVERY SINGLE TIME, and I have PROOF!!!
