We drove to Sioux Falls and our car suddenly started running poorly on interstate, not far from Sioux Falls. Long story short… I randomly ended up at TDS the next morning. Austin offered to squeeze us in. Also the greatest part was he let us take a loaner vehicle while he worked on it! This saved our day! I use to never have a problem with this place tell recently he has had my car for about a year told me he was busy and would let me know when it was done gave him some money up front but wanted to wait tell my car was done before paying him the rest well today 12/24/25 I got a letter in the mail that my car was towed he never called, texted me, or sent me any thing to come get my car I don't even know if he even got the engine put in it because he never updated me and yes maybe it was my fault to for not harassing him about ... read more
Just realized I hadn’t left a review thus far.. I’ve been going to TDS for a few years at least now and they are SUPER fair in every way imaginable. I’d recommend them to anyone
They're useless. Someone stole my car from their shop, and no one took responsibility. It's a bad shop with bad people.
Very bad experience. People are irresponsible with other people's things. Their insurance is useless and they never take responsibility for damage to your vehicles.
