The TDS technician arrived on time, and worked continuously for more than 2 hours to complete a new installation. We discussed where to locate items in our house. He waited while I verified two items successfully connect to the TDS network
The whole process took at least 2 more hours than it was supposed to take. But the Technician was very patient and diligent to get the service working. It’s only been 1day so far it’s working fine.
I have to share how incredibly disappointing every aspect of getting fiber has been. The fiber conduits were installed 2 years ago, then 6 months ago the fiber was finally installed, and a month later they ran a line to my house. Today the technician can't find the fiber they installed in the box. Its been nothing but delays and poor project management from TDS every step of the way.
Had our TDS installation done today by Andy. He was simply the best. He was concise and clear about what he was doing, very helpful in teaching me how to set up the TV portion. What a great professional he is! He went above and beyond today to install things not just correctly, but so it looked nice both outside and inside. Super happy customer!
