Do not use this service! During installation of the fiber cable they cut the drain tile in the ditch. Now I have a muddy mess every time it rains. I complained and they sent some technician out. Very rude person! Haven't heard from the company since. We will be going back to Spectrum as soon as possible! A month later and still waiting!!! Typical crappy customer service!!!...CANCELED..... Worst customer service ever!!!
I'd give them a zero if I could!! They suck!! The stuff they air is stuff I watched in the 60's & 70's. Not worth whatever price you pay!! Go to Best Buy and get an antenna, you'll get the same basic channels!
HORRIFIC customer service! DO NOT USE! I work remote so connectivity is crucial - because of a mix-up with conversion of a land line to a cellular number (TDS uses phone numbers as account numbers) my service was terminated with no notice! After spending 7 hours on the phone with multiple reps and managers and BEGGING them to restore service, I was advised it would be days and my teaser rate would go away and my bill would double... Signed up to give it a shot. Sign up was easy. Guys came to run the fiber to the house but stated a different technician would do the actual hook up to the house. On day of install a guy showed up and stayed in his truck for a half hour in our driveway. Finally came to the door asking where the fiber was run to. My wife told him to the backyard and offered to show him but he said it wasn’t necessary. 10 min later the guy leaves without saying a word. Paid the registration fee and set up an installation appointment. After taking off work to be there, the TDS Fiber installation technician could not install TDS Fiber as there is no service near our home. Three months later, TDS Fiber will not refund the registration fee.
