I have had the TDS service for two years now and have only had one outage, but that was late at night and the service was back up in the morning. The buried fiber kept us connected this past winter when a tree took out all of the lines on the telephone pole in the backyard. Fast and reliable.

Josh and Alex came out to due the installation at our office. They braved the office attic when the outside temperature was 90 and that attic was well over 100 degrees. They were efficient, polite, and cleaned up wonderfully. Absolute 5 stars all around.

TDS has made the switch over from Spectrum very easy! We are saving money and receiving better service! Andy, Dave, and Jack were amazing to work with!!

Increased my bill 3x, which I was “notified” through my bill, versus an actual email notification. I was charged nearly $90 for 300 speed which is almost double the advertised rate currently, for 1/3 the speed. I called to cancel the day after and still was charged the ENTIRE month’s billing statement. The rep who I spoke with about renewing my services didn’t even understand the conversation. This day and age its very hard to find customer service. Not today. Andy, David, and Alex went above and beyond. They worked so hard to get me hooked up. My condo was not helping them at all. But never complaining once, they got it done. If they told me once, they told me a hundred times. They were going to work until it was done the way I wanted it, the way they would want someone to do for their family. To top it off. All three were so kind, so patient.
