I registered for services about a year ago and signed up for my plan at that time. I got a notice indicating they had activated service in my neighborhood and when I reached out about my appointment they claim I didn't have a plan (that I paid a deposit for) and they're trying to switch me to something else. A lovely bait and switch. They didn't even get service hooked up before I'm done. They have also done extensive property damage during the build including spray painting my patio. I have been trying to contact someone all morning. The automated phone system will not let me talk to anyone???
Very disappointed with this company. We were with them for three years due to a lock-in-price contract. Disconnecting on Dec 31, 2026, I was not permitted to return my router until the 5th of Jan due to their offices being closed for the holiday. Since that was under their instruction, I paid for December and believed I would not need to hear from them again. I was then charged for January. I called and refused to pay.
