Switched to TDS for cost savings but am disappointed with channel selections
Awful. Would not recommend if you don’t have to. Service was fine but everything about this company is awful. Not consumer friendly at all. You get a discount or credit at first but everything is a year it’s a pain to call and get that credit back to lower the insane bill. And it’s not a $10 hike, try $30+. I just cancelled and went to a competitor, told me I had a bill to pay. I go to log in to pay and my account to is not there. When you cancel the account is deactivated too. I enjoyed my services until I had to call for assistance. Horrible customer service experience. Normally, I would never publicly shame a company, but the standards at TDS are unacceptable. They have no clue how to treat a longstanding and loyal customer. Prepare to be very disappointed if you choose TDS.
Overall good internet, however lately (fall of 2025) we've experienced outages in Sun Prairie and it's becoming really annoying! Especially when you don't have TV on Thanksgiving! If this trend continues we'll look for a different provider 🙄🤷
