Ross House the same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. I am wondering how do you tell someone they had an appointment that's not in the 'system' and say it's a 'system' error vs YOUR error. Then after waiting for an appointment that was never scheduled correctly ( as yours wasn't), I reached out to a supervisor who escalated an appt. for Friday July 3 from 4:45-6:15. I would give zero if possible. The worst customer service. I was on hold for an hour and that's not an exaggeration. Both the people I spoke to were difficult to understand because english was not their first language as indicated by their heavy accents. Horrible pricing, but I know other companies are close to the same because we only have one choice for service where I live. If there wasn't a monopoly the prices wouldn't be so high. They nickel and dime you to death now too. The only good thing is the internet is reliable.

I got orders to deploy and called the carrier to notify them. I let them know TDS trucks were in the neighborhood and I could give the devices to the carrier but they refused to allow this. I let them know I would not be able to return to my home for 6 months, but the only alternative was for them to work with my wife to recoup the assets. They said they would send a label to her.
