Stay away! The sales person will promise you a rate to get you to change from spectrum. When my bill came, it was $80 more a month than what they said it would be. I canceled after my first bill and here’s the best part, they will deactivate your online account so you have to call in to pay your bill. Then they will charge you an additional $4.95 to pay off your balance. Definitely not worth the hassle! I see why they have the lowest possible rating from the Better Business Bureau.
Their customer service don't talk like real people. Everytime I'm transfered to someone else they have no idea who I am and have to give all my account if information over and over again in just 1 call. They only read off of a script. They give me false information and try to scam me in a service I don't even need. Luckily I can figure most of this stuff on my own. I also called twice to have them update my information for payments while I had them on the phone and they failed both times while reassuring me it's been updated... read more

Texted with their off shore customer service regarding my bill and internet service. The rep needed to call me and asked for my phone number. Said they’d call, the rep terminated the chat and 45 minutes later no call. Not expecting one either based on past frustrating conversations with them. TDS customer service has been awful since they moved it. Not sure how to talk with them otherwise.
