I urge you to proceed with caution. He has not completed the work he charged me for at my property, totaling $600. This involved removing the old tiles and applying "Wet and Forget." The job was supposed to be done back in April, and despite my numerous calls and messages, he has been ignoring me completely. I have proof of all the comms and the charges. Tim was able to repair and improve an issue we have had with the roof leaking for years !!! Very happy with the result and worth every penny.. He responded quickly and had the job completed in a week and luckily before the rains came… would recommend and would use him again … thanks Tim
