After thorough exam explains findings & reasoning behind recommendations, then formulates a treatment plan that is sensitive to your financial needs. Does not try to push you into cosmetic procedures like some dentists although he does provide such procedures if desired. The one potential negative for some is his large hands. Front office is awesome at letting you know what the costs are upfront, so no surprises.
