Mat came to service our boiler, and flush 6 loops. Mat arrived at 12:15, 2024, did a boiler tune up, and flushed 6 loops for the heated floor. a mouse had chewed on the wire to the controller, boiler would not fire. Mat left at 1PM a total of 1:45 minutes, and charged $412. I ordered a new controller, Mat arrived 1:05 PM , changed out the computer that I had previously purchased from TDK and put in the new controller that I had ordered, fired the boiler, and made sure that it would work. Not only am I satisfied with TDK and John--I am enthused. The whole experience was positive, from Robin in the office to the time John Anderson repaired my Trane propane heater. He has been in the business for 32 years. My neighbor needs a new propane heater, and my friend needs a tuneup. I gave both John's business card.
