These guys have come out 3 times because the fuse on our AC keeps blowing out. The first two times they replaced the fuse. However, when it happened a third time, they guy said the connection holding the fuse is loose and needs to be replaced or else the fuse will keep popping. Why did it take 3 trips for someone to finally notice the connection was loose and needed to be replaced. Why? Because more trips equals more money for them. Such a scam. TDI management and staff have been incredibly generous and supportive of Veterans Association and have graciously supported and donated materials for our projects. TDI is a great Canadian company that offers strong community support to our veterans and we highly recommend this business.

Horrible service from the supervisor Aaron Leonard he said inappropriate stuff to my female co worker in ourwarehouse and shrugged it off like it was nothing he didn’t take my complaints seriously and shrugged me off He also quoted me for a new unit when all I had was a bad compressor . Would not allow him to service my facility no more

I had a leak that they had to keep refilling. Even after using dye the leak was no where to be found. They had an idea (dont know what it was) and it worked great. Lasted for many years without having to refill every 12 mths.
