These guys have come out 3 times because the fuse on our AC keeps blowing out. The first two times they replaced the fuse. However, when it happened a third time, they guy said the connection holding the fuse is loose and needs to be replaced or else the fuse will keep popping. Why did it take 3 trips for someone to finally notice the connection was loose and needed to be replaced. Why? Because more trips equals more money for them. Such a scam.
