I have known Terry for nearly my whole life. He was the person who would come in and take the toys out of our toilets after my sister and I had clogged them with whatever we could find. I left TDH two messages for a call back as I needed some work reconfiguring a p-trap but apparently they don't respond to calls for small jobs like mine. I guess they are too busy with "big" jobs. I don't like this business model were you just ignore some segment of your customers based on the size of their job. What if I have a big job one day?
