Excellent and timely service
I have used TDH in the past with better results. A tech came out as my AC units were not working. The tech was at my home for 3 hours. He was able to fix the first one by putting in a new capacitor. He put a capacitor in the second one but it still wasn't working, so he changed another part and it still wasn't working, and then he said the issue was the thermostat and fixed something else and he said it was fixed. Service call with Ken Hinkle went very well. He was able to fix the problem and did an unscheduled annual maintenance.
Absolute professionals! TDH went out of there way to take care of us when our furnace died in the dead of winter. Reasonably priced and very knowledgeable technicians. Wally was terrific, answered all my questions and left everything nice and clean. Highly recommend!!
