Horrible communication between the hospital, doctor, staff, and patient. There is a huge lack of tact, professionalism and bed side manner. Patient satisfaction or HIPPA is NOT a priority or practice. I was LITERALLY laughed at pointed at and talked about by the staff for showing up for a scheduled surgery that I was pre- registered, pre-approved, and took all the necessary steps on my behalf to do.
