Very helpful Thanks for all your help picking out a gift for my wife for our 25th anniversary. I gave it to her Saturday and she just loved it. You will see me again.
POOR customer service I had almost 2 dozen charms soldered on a lnk bracelet and paid $250+. The charms we added to the wrong side of the bracelet so now the metal content stamp must be worn facing out. I also asked that no links be skipped when adding the charms but, despite to my request, one link was left empty. I was told there was no mistake and if I wanted the problems corrected, I wouuld have to pay to have it done. While this store is in my neighborhood, I would never give them my business again
June I work in Long Grove. An associate of mine told me of this store. I wanted to re design an old ring I had inherited. I was so pleased with the help I received. The finished piece was beautiful! I am so glad I went there.
Mr. Lewis I was sent to this store by a buddy who said this was the place to go for an engagement ring. I could not believe it when they sold me a ring for less money than I told them I wanted to spend! Where do you treated like that. My fiance loved it.
