They will charge, and not even communicate it to you. They are also very slick and untruthful! Be very careful, if you pay them for years, and have an accident. They will say your not at fault at 1st. Then you will get an increased payment in the mail. When you contact them, they will tell, oh, it was determined you were at fault. So, we need you to pay more money every month l, for three years. So, basically, you have the pay for the entire accident. Even though, you have been paying them for years already! Keep in mind that accident fault status is not determined by TDA. The police report and company claims adjuster make that determination. Amy is in process of contacting the company to see what we can do for you. Will be in touch this week.
