This is the most unethical, unorganized and blatantly incompetent "real estate" company in Fort Collins. They take months to return any maintenance requests, they charge ridiculous amounts for "cleaning" after tenants hire their own cleaning company for move out, (among many other disputable charges) and six months after moving out (and five months after returning the minuscule deposit), they attempt to charge you for a "missing" screen door that was never there in the first place.
