This company doesn't deserve to remain in business. I wish I would have read thees reviews before I hired them to manage my property. They aren't just neglectful and incompetent, they are down right vindictive and abusive if you dare to tell them about it. They didn't even ask if we would allow pets in our property. They allowed them anyway, charged the tenants, and then kept the deposit a secret on the "portal" which they hardly never updated. Rather than write about how I feel about my experiences with TD Real Estate, I will simply present the facts of what occurred while I was renting with them. You can decide given these facts about my experience if this is a company you would like to rent through. 1.) Before even starting our contract, we had to tour the house online due to coronavirus. In my opinion, this company is HORRIBLE!!! I am going to try to keep it short, but I want you to pay attention to these reviews because none of these people who are wishing they could give them 0 stars are lying. I am only giving 1 star because 0 stars are not possible. In my opinion, TD realty is a fraudulent company. Either the staff is afraid of them, or they are just as bad as upper management. I LIVED AT 402 MILLER LANE APT C. THEY HAD THE FIRST AND SECOND FLOOR HALLWAY LIGHTS HOOKED UP TO MY ELECTRIC METER. IF YOU LIVE AT THIS COMPLEX OPEN YOUR DOOR AND THROW ALL THE SWITCHES ON YOUR BREAKER BOX.. IF THE HALLWAY LIGHTS TURN OFF THEN THEN YOU ARE PAYING FOR THOSE LIGHTS. ALL 8 BUILDINGS ON THAT COMPLEX HAV 4 APARTMENTS AND 4 METERS. NONE OF THEM HAVE A 5TH METER FOR THE COMMON AREAS TO BE BILLED SEPARATELY.
