I asked for a gel manicure, tech pushed for color acrylic? I couldn't understand what she was saying but went along with it and of course cost more. Its a very light natural color, not what I expected. There was no hot towel wrap or hand massage as described for a manicure. Not too happy with my 1st experience at this place.
Came on Tue for Sns dip powder and 2 days later by Thur (Christmas day) they were chipping and a few nails were not filed correctly so they were snagging on everything!! Went back Sat to get the whole set done over and they still don’t look right… spotty and not that smooth. I’ll stick to where I’ve been going, Never had this problem!! They must use Cheap products and the one young guy does not know how to file properly and he’s not friendly at all. Just poor service all around.
