Disappointed on so many levels. I won’t be going back. I went so excited yesterday as I had not gotten my nails done in 2 years. I wanted to treat myself, and unfortunately I was left with a disaster. When expressing that the nails didn’t match, I was told, “we won’t charge you for French design”. I said okay. Joey was great and Kayla was great! I got a gel manicure/ pedicure. Vibe was amazing 🤩 will be back!

I went in for a manicure and to have my gel polish removed. Even though I clearly told the nail tech I didn't want new gel polish she kept pushing it. She also made some really uncomfortable and frankly disrespectful comments about my appearance while she was working. The manicure itself was pretty disappointing and done poorly. The one good thing I can say about the place is they have a good selection of colors.

I usually don't frequent nail salons and opt-in to do my own nails and cuticles. I visited this place because I was walking by last night around 630pm. I walked in and asked the front desk girl how much they would charge to just clean up my cuticles. She looked at the prices and said $5. The lady who assisted me did just an okay job with my cuticles, I could have actually done a better job myself. she filed my nails in a semi almond shape, and ended up breaking one of my nails.She provided a quick massage on my hands and the... read more
