The worst experience i think I've ever had. The girl had no idea what she was doing, she was slow, the water turned cold and there was no massage as is stated in the service.
I used to go here all the time when they were located in the strip on Watson/Laclede. Hannah was manager at the time and I’d text her when I wanted to book an appointment, everyone was so friendly. This time last year I had grown my natural nails quite a bit so I wanted to take advantage of that. I asked for dip in a bright salmon color. The tech looked for it for awhile then came back with a neon orange and asked if it was okay. I said sure, assuming it might cure closer to my original color. Honestly the worst dip I’ve ever got. They all cracked off within 2 days on my natural nail, wasn’t even doing anything hard with my hands. Spent $85 for them not to last. Then they said they’d only fix one nail for free.
I absolutely LOVE my nails every time. Amy does the best job.
