no help at all on the phone and when asked if i can speak to a manager, they refused and gave me a number of run arounds and pretty much told me they dont want or plan on helping me at all. after several requests, they told me manager doesnt want to speak or help and hung up the phone on me

Probably the worst car insurance experience i have ever received. I got into a car accident and was at 0% fault. The damages were minor but they still covered the repairs. They told me I can choose a car shop or use TD approved. I chose my own car shop and they told me it was not TD approved (which was a lie btw) and sent the appraiser to my house (who does that?). They sent the appraisal calculations to me rather than the car shop, so when I dropped it off for repairs it took weeks, I ended up sending the appraisal myself. ... read more

I am leaving a one star review because I could not leave zero stars. I have been with TD Meloche Monnex for over 30 years. Their level of service and lack of professionalism has forced me to move on to another provider. Too many customers, too few employees to serve them.
