Adjuster Sherry demonstrated a lack of knowledge regarding her role and responsibilities. TD Auto Insurance has been one of the most frustrating insurance experiences I've ever had. The MyAdvantage app is unreliable and often doesn't work properly, yet TD seems to base its assessments and pricing on the data from this app. Last year, the app had issues, and my premium increased by about $125.
