Their new "enhanced" TD MyAdvantage adjustments are atrocious. They cannot answer how the app verifies WHO is using a phone during a trip. If someone else uses your phone in the car (plays a game, watches a movie - any number of things a child would easily do on a phone in the back seat while a parent was driving!!), it shows as distracted driving.
