I do not want to give even 1 star, I do NOT recommend TD Insurance. My policy renewed just 2 months ago, and after I moved to another town, they increased my premium to double. It became completely unaffordable, so I had no choice but to cancel. What’s really frustrating is that they charged me a short-rate cancellation penalty based on the new increased premium—not the previous one. Ravi Raval is a terrible Claim Advisor. He is very lazy and slow, and it is very hard to get help from him. I am so disappointed my case was assigned to him.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. TD Insurance and injury adjuster has ghosted me on my medical/injury claims. I am owed a few thousands. No response from injury adjuster when I submit expense claims, etc. Its already difficult I had a not my fault car accident and now in daily pain from it. To be ghosted by insurance is not cool.
