Very poor Customer service
Would give 0 stars if u could
I am giving one star because I can't give them 0. I had been with TD auto insurance for the last 4 years. I had clean driving record. Still they increased my insurance from $230 to $291 and when I asked them why then they said it depends on so many factors bla bla bla... Bull shit. Then I went to other insurers and every one gave me quote of $224. RBC gave me $184. TD never asked me once to resolve the problem. They didn't even care to loose a loyal customer. I just called to set up auto insurance. So far I have nothing but great to say I dealt with Solomon over the phone I started off by doing an online quote when I spoke with Solomon he gave me a little higher price then what I seen online but online It did say the price plus fees the price he gave me was with those fees I wasn’t disappointed at first but I also wasn’t very satisfied with the quote as I was looking for cheaper auto insurance but he asked if I was interested in home insurance I mentioned I’m a renter and he said... read more
