Ravi Raval is a terrible Claim Advisor. He is very lazy and slow, and it is very hard to get help from him. I am so disappointed my case was assigned to him.
Very bad policy when you call weting 2 hours
I was with TD Auto Insurance and had an accident. When I called them to get my car claim and repaired, they told me my policy was only third-party and not full coverage. This was a shock, because when I originally spoke with the advisor, I clearly asked for full coverage. I asked them several times to send me proof — recordings or documents — showing that my policy was third-party and not full coverage. They still have not provided anything.
