Horrible service. Cancelled policy before the 2 year deadline for hail damage.
We have been TD Insurance customers for several years and have paid significant monthly premiums to insure our vehicle. Our son was involved in a not-at-fault rear-end collision, and TD has confirmed the third party was held 100% at fault. Unfortunately, the claim experience has been extremely frustrating. We are now about five weeks into the claim and still do not have a clear final repair path. Avoid at all costs. Paid premiums through the nose for both Home & Auto for years. Once a break-in happened (reported, documented and clearly covered within the policies), they bounced me back and forth for months. Avoidance, delays, inconsistencies, even belittling and verbal intimidation attempts .. they will stop at nothing before you give up and walk away with nothing. Pure street thuggery and corner hustlers mentality! Avoid at any cost!! Zero stars is too generous.
