I had the same experience here as many of the other reviewers. When I first met with Terri, I was elated. She seemed so action-oriented and I thought she was going to be a great fit for me. Unfortunately that first appointment was the only good one. After that, she was always late and then eventually just did not show up for scheduled appointments. Really terrible experience for someone taking a chance on therapy.
Not professional. Cancels appointments w/out notifying client. Always late. Doe not follow through w/ plans that she sets up for you. This appears to be more of a hobby for her, than a profession.
Ran my credit card for $260 haven’t had services from her in well over a year filed chapter 13 bankruptcy on her, and still took money off my credit card, which is theft I filed a police report the other day and dispute the transaction. She returns. No phone calls no nothing. This is not okay it’s theft! After somebody files bankruptcy you cannot collect a debt from that person! Waiting on Canfield police to get back to me so I can pursue charges!

It’s sad that People take advantage of kindness sometimes and cowardly post bogus reviews. TDC has helped me beyond belief.
