I have never been to this branch when there wasn’t a line. And then tellers express no urgency to clear it. On top of that, half the time when they finish with a customer, they disappear for 10 minutes at a time despite people waiting. I dread having to come to the bank.
I was very pleased with their service. Luca and Sheri were super helpful and patient. Thank You!
Poor customer service 20 years ago, poor customer service still. Chronically understaffed. Even with a pre-arranged appointment time, I was kept waiting 45 minutes for my appointment, just to be told that the person I was booked to see was now working as a teller behind the counter and was no longer available. When I asked why I wasn’t informed in advance so as not to have my time wasted, I was met with a shrug. I have rarely seen such indifference with respect to this branch’s level of customer service.
