I had originally come in for an appointment for my pre-approved credit card. I had caught a mistake that the bank teller had made by applying me for the wrong credit card and I had brought it to his attention. He said he will fix it and had me sign the corrected forms. When I had went home and checked my TD account, it showed I had applied for the wrong credit card. Unfortunately I have had a couple of unsatisfactory appointments with Valeriya over the past year. Compared to other branches and advisors I have been to, my customer experience with her has been disappointing. Ultimately she was able to help me accomplish what I needed during my appointments but I don't feel like I'm a valued customer. To piggyback with other review, she seems like she's very uninterested with helping. Personally I will be looking for other advisors if booking an appointment this branch.
Worst banking experience I’ve ever seen. Staff and managers are rude and unfriendly. Never ever I would come here again!
