Maybe the bank tellers should stop making useless chitchat, holding up the damn line when people urgently need service.
Not customer service oriented at all!! They don’t care how long the line becomes, they won’t even acknowledge someone’s standing there!
This branch cannot be running with current condition. The whole place is soaked in the smell of cigarettes, and I think their hygiene system is a mess. I still feel my throat hurts after visiting the place for 15 minutes.
Worst branch in York Region. Parking is a nightmare, the lineup is a joke and they would not certify a cheque from my employer to a government agency (the payee). They told me I was not allowed to do this even with authorization from the account holder and they refused to call the number on the account to verify. They suggested I just have the payee accept a non certified cheque or that I ETransfer them. WHO TRAINED THESE PEOPLE?? Went to a different branch and they certified it no problem. Forget this place.
They are not helpful, I went to the branch at 7pm today. The guy doesn't know how to treat customers.
