UPDATE One year later, and unfortunately nothing has changed. I just returned from the same branch and had the same experience with the branch manager, Tamar. Your lack of customer service is evident. The condescending tone, unwillingness to go the extra mile for your clients, and overall dismissive attitude are hard to ignore. I'm not sure what the criteria are for becoming a branch manager, but I would strongly recommend additional customer service training and a refresher on basic interpersonal and communication skills.
