It is shameful that this location does not have a seniors line, forcing the elderly to stand in long lines waiting.

What an absolute disgrace of a bank. My family member was dealing with the branch manager for a professional matter when the branch manager physically pulled her card out of her hand without permission. Yes, literally yanked it. This behavior is completely unacceptable, a violation of privacy, and downright invasive. It felt aggressive and disrespectful, bordering on assault.
