Attempted a critical bank to bank transfer. After 3 hrs on phone was directed to this branch where I was told with some smug satisfaction by the manager that an expedited transfer would take 3+ weeks. No attempt to problem solve just a resounding no. Got the transfer done with a work around myself within their system in 3 days. As a higher net worth customer, I expect far better service than this. Will be reviewing my banking future with TD.

This branch should be embarrassed. Its leadership is an angry branch manager and it’s a trickle down effect to the staff. My spouse and I went in to open a new savings account. The staff member in the “office” section of the branch was lovely. While waiting we observed how the branch manager dealt with the clientele- poorly. She’s got quite the chip on her shoulder and she seems to run on negative attitude and hot air. This is the worse bank I visit and my life
We came to this TD branch for banking services and were told that a financial advisor would assist us shortly. However, after waiting for a long time with no update, we were eventually told to go back and line up at the front desk. This wasted a lot of our time. Meanwhile, we saw the financial advisors chatting casually in their offices instead of helping customers. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and showed a lack of professionalism and respect for clients’ time.
