The tellers should be well trained. Changed my account's package without my consent, when I revisited the branch, manager told me that you can sign now to continue with the changes. No apologies from her. I didn't want to change my account so why I should sign to continue with the changes?
That rude manager that looks like a dude with her short hair, just banned my account and refused to give me a valid reason, she said we will mail you the reason within 10 business days

Attempted a critical bank to bank transfer. After 3 hrs on phone was directed to this branch where I was told with some smug satisfaction by the manager that an expedited transfer would take 3+ weeks. No attempt to problem solve just a resounding no. Got the transfer done with a work around myself within their system in 3 days. As a higher net worth customer, I expect far better service than this. Will be reviewing my banking future with TD.
