This is the worse bank I visit and my life
We came to this TD branch for banking services and were told that a financial advisor would assist us shortly. However, after waiting for a long time with no update, we were eventually told to go back and line up at the front desk. This wasted a lot of our time. Meanwhile, we saw the financial advisors chatting casually in their offices instead of helping customers. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and showed a lack of professionalism and respect for clients’ time.
I visited the bank recently and needed help setting up the mobile banking app. Khadija was very respectful, helpful, and professional. She explained everything clearly and guided me through the whole process. I truly appreciate her excellent service and support
