Thanks to Finacial advisor Christina she was a knowledgeable and kind she too her time to explain and resolve the banking i necessary to be done ahead is great at what ahe does.
This branch used to be my preferred location, but unfortunately, the quality of customer service and overall management has declined significantly. A few weeks ago, I waited in line for 25 minutes, only to be informed by the teller that there was no cash available and I needed to use the ATM instead. There were no signs posted at the entrance or any communication while customers waited. This shows a lack of consideration for customers’ time. Very long line ups since branch at McCowan and Lawrence closed. This branch now has all their clients as well so it is double the wait time. Staff is polite but understaffed . Never enough tellers open and no one at front desk to help if you have any questions
Zohra Ghaziyar!! I just can’t believe the kind of treatment I got from this person. The worst customer service ever in the 12 years of my Canadian life. This is the first time me going into this particular branch of TD. My appointment was at 11 am and I kept waiting until 11:25. There was a lady at the front desk.
