Today I went to this TD branch, and after waiting in line for a long time, I finally spoke with a woman named Helen to explain my banking issue. While I was in the middle of explaining, another person walked in, and Ms. Helen, very disrespectfully, interrupted me, made me get up, and started helping that other woman instead. I’m truly disappointed in TD Bank and your branch for having such rude and irresponsible staff. I’m honestly thankful that I don’t have an account with your bank.

Thanks to Finacial advisor Christina she was a knowledgeable and kind she too her time to explain and resolve the banking i necessary to be done ahead is great at what ahe does.
This branch used to be my preferred location, but unfortunately, the quality of customer service and overall management has declined significantly. A few weeks ago, I waited in line for 25 minutes, only to be informed by the teller that there was no cash available and I needed to use the ATM instead. There were no signs posted at the entrance or any communication while customers waited. This shows a lack of consideration for customers’ time. Very long line ups since branch at McCowan and Lawrence closed. This branch now has all their clients as well so it is double the wait time. Staff is polite but understaffed . Never enough tellers open and no one at front desk to help if you have any questions
