One person to serve 20 plus people in line every time I come i have let them know about this but I think it's becoming like back home where this normal for them and they are doing same thing hear as writing this two taller is on hold 20min plus

Extremely disappointed with TD. I booked this appointment over a week in advance, received email confirmations, and even took time off work to attend. When I arrived, the branch was closed. What upset me most is that nobody bothered to call, email, cancel, or reschedule my appointment. This is not the level of professionalism I expect from a major bank. Best customer service. Lines move quickly. Lots of consideration for disabled or elderly customers. This location's MVP is Ms. L-G Burton.
They say banking made easy. I have never waited in line less than 30 minutes here. Its so ironic how they put a comfy chair in the front and then let you stand in line for 1 hr.
