Literally the worst TD ever the line is almost out the door and the tellers don’t know what they’re doing!! Theirs tellers walking around talking having conversations while the line is super long. Super disappointing and frustrating don’t go here it you want a good experience.
The Manager, Natasha, doe not know Canadian banking rules. Not a good place to do buisness.
I literally witness someone faint in this branch from the line taking so long on december 17th. It's actually insane you have two people working. I'm here RIGHT now again, because this is the closest branch to me and I've been waiting over 30mins. I'm writing this while in line. Why are you guys so understaffed?
This branch needs to do a better job with their customers, no one is ever at the advisor desk and only 2 to 3 tellers with line ups to the door every time I visit this location. Get some part time staff to assist this is a much busier branch than others. Seems like higher ups are okay with their profits and no giving their customer experience any consideration.
Beware!! Having a horrible experience with this branch. Deposited $1000 at the drive thru atm and it did not accept. Instead of returning the full amount, it only returned $550. Went to complain to the branch next day and they filed an investigation. The replied twice now with conflicting reports trying to say we don't owe you anything! Extremely frustrating.
