Went to this branch the other day for the first time and had and amazing experience with the teller Mihad I just had to leave a review. I went in for just a cash withdrawal and left with a new credit card. He educated me on all the features and perks and I couldn't resist! Would 100% recommend this branch and the teller Mihad to all my friends and family!

Difficult manager. Not understanding of situations and piling up fees for customers unnecessarily. Very unfortunate customer service. Switched to another bank upon my experience like this
One of the most busiest banks in city and they have 1-2 tellers open on Friday during rush hour. Who is staffing this branch?
After booking an appointment I still have to wait for 1 hour to see Zohra .She booked me and she knows she has another appointment with someone else. she apologised and gave a reason three of workers were absent.
